Welcome to my online portfolio! This is a curated collection of my work as an educator, researcher, and technology innovator. I am an educator with expertise in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, Video Game Design, Information Technology, and Project Management. I am currently in Principal as an Instructional Leader (K-12) program. I love exploring new tools and technologies to create innovative solutions for my clients. Teaching Video Game Design, various Computer Science courses including Advance Placement courses from the College Board, and various Animation course in a public high school since August 2020. Preparing students to accomplish Industry Based Certifications in the Video Game Design field. Coaching students to participate in University Interscholastic League (UIL) competitions.  Participated Professional Learning Communities and vertical alignment of curriculum with TEKS.

Teaching various Computer Programming courses in a Community College since August 2021. Instructions delivered in various forms such as in-person, online and hybrid. Preparing students to participate in various competitions. Design the curriculum, preparing the assessment, evaluate the assessment are the other responsibilities in this position.

Quality Engineer

Create and / or revise quality assurance policies and procedures, provide employee training, conduct root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, conduct supplier audits, and make decisions on daily operations in the manufacturing facility since March 2008 to December 2019.

Leadership

ISO 9001:2015 Audits

Successfully led various audits at supplier facilities as a quality engineer.  

OnBase Project

Led a team to implement a record management system called OnBase to improve employee efficiency. Acted liaison between business and information technology department. The implementation went successfully across the organization.

Campus Improvement Committee

Review data to identify the areas to be improved within the campus.  Worked on action items brought up based on the decisions made. 

UIL Coach

Conduct regular coaching for students to participate in UIL competition. The students were competing to an advanced level of students, however, the students won 4th place in the district meet.  

Mentorship

Providing necessary information about classroom management strategies and best practices in instructional delivery to a newly hired teacher.
